I have 2 beautiful black lab mixes named Carter and Finley (Go NCSU!). They are my oldest two Baby Girls. I am a big proponent of “Adopt – Don’t Shop!” Each year, approximately 1.5 million shelter animals are euthanized. Black animals are most likely to get euthanized.

Breast is best!… But only when it doesn’t interfere with the mental health of the mama! Only you know what is best for you and your baby but, whenever possible, breast milk is the most beneficial for babies!
